Requirements
Requires a Bachelors degree
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
Nice to Haves: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or technical field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
Advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
Broad management and leadership knowledge
Detailed functional and operational expertise in digital transformation and customer experience
Proficient in delivering end to end enterprise solutions for digital marketing and ecommerce platform leveraging AI solutions
Knowledge in developing, presenting strategic vision story and corresponding business values to leadership teams across IT, marketing, sales, and customer experience.
Strong experience working with content management systems (CMS) platforms (e.g., AEM, Drupal, etc.)
Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management across multiple channels like email, social, search, etc.
Hand-on experience with e-commerce platforms (like Salesforce, Adobe, Commercetools etc.) to drive sales growth
Experience in implementing advance digital communication tools including SMS / email promotional campaigns, transactional communications etc. and AI-driven personalization
Familiarity with chatbots and conversational AI for enhanced customer engagement
Ability to Design and optimize self-service features within online portals to improve customer experience and reduce support calls
