Support the Sales and Clinical teams in driving technology adoption and building strong relationships with clinicians
Assist with in-OR and Cath-Lab activities and provide training and educational support
Provide administrative support to the sales function, such as coordinating meetings and appointments within allocated accounts
Conduct statistical analysis on sales data to support optimal execution and growth objectives
Maintain online sales and marketing systems, verify data accuracy, and liaise with IT to resolve issues
Administer the field sales forecasting system to provide management with current product sales potential
Support activities within specified accounts to gain training on the Operating Unit (OU) and Sales processes
Act as a liaison between Government and Commercial teams regarding pending orders (specific to Government accounts)
Promote Medtronic products and services within assigned geographic areas or customer accounts, supporting the sales team in meeting or exceeding targets
Hybrid/field-based travel to support clinical stakeholders; 40 hours/week; hands-on internship experience
Requirements
Recently graduated with a degree, preferably in a medical field
Able to travel to support internal stakeholders
Must be currently unemployed
Must be a South African citizen
Must be under the age of 30
Must not have participated in a YES programme previously
Valid driver’s license (would be a plus)
Clinical experience in a hospital setting (would be a plus)
Familiarity with MDT technologies (would be a plus)
