About the role
- Lead Men's Health telehealth program clinical operations
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance for telehealth services
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices
- Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care through quality improvement and peer reviews
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local telehealth regulations including HIPAA and state medical board requirements
- Recruit, train, and supervise healthcare providers and ensure licensure and certification compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to expand and enhance Men's Health program and identify new services
- Foster patient-centric telehealth experiences and oversee documentation of patient encounters
- Dedicate approximately 15 hours/week on platform with patients
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Current and unrestricted medical licensure in all 50 states, or willingness to obtain licensure in any additional states required
- Current and unrestricted DEA registration
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urology, etc.)
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience
- Demonstrated experience in telehealth operations and technology
- Experience in treating men's health conditions such as erectile dysfunction (ED), hair loss, testosterone optimization, etc.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (Preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities (Preferred)
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (Preferred)
