Influence marketing and sales teams while directly managing the field market development team to expand ICM services
Launch new technologies and establish patient pathways across cardiology, neurology, emergency rooms, geriatrics, and other departments
Oversee Medtronic's Insertable Cardiac Monitor (ICM) portfolio (Reveal LINQ, LINQ II Ecosystem) within the Nordics & Benelux region
Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the ICM market and increase awareness among stakeholders via online and offline channels
Lead the market development Nordic & Benelux organization and collaborate with CRM sales teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and drive ICM market growth
Act as main point of contact for CDS Nordic & Benelux and collaborate with iOU leader, Sales Managers, and SHQ team
Work with Marketing Specialist and SHQ marketing to support initiatives and with country CRM teams to generate sales and protect market share
Define and execute market development and commercial strategy, including indication prioritization, referral pathway activation, guideline and innovation adoption, and go-to-market initiatives
Lead and manage field market development representatives, coach and develop team members, and support them in achieving targets
Partner with Patient Care Systems to optimize Remote Care solutions and improve remote monitoring adoption
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, KOLs, national societies, and patient groups to drive market development and advocacy
Prepare long-term market access strategy for new innovations and key indications in collaboration with reimbursement team
Identify growth opportunities, develop actionable strategies, gather competitive intelligence, and share insights with the European team
Requirements
Master degree
A minimum of 5 years in sales or sales management, ideally in MedTech or Pharma
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in market development and business development
Strong understanding of market access and reimbursement processes
A minimum of 3 years of people management experience
Fluency in English, as well as in one or two languages spoken in the region
Experience in selling innovations, developing new markets, and working in international companies
Proven track record of international working experience
Ability to comply with hospital/clinic credentialing requirements (for patient-facing field employees)
