About the role
- Individual contributor reporting to the Global Senior Marketing Director
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for robotic technology in designated surgical specialties
- Craft targeted messages, identify key market segments, and deploy marketing tactics to enhance brand visibility and adoption
- Oversee development and substantiation of claims related to robotic systems, working with legal, regulatory, and clinical teams
- Lead initiatives to communicate and leverage clinical evidence through digital platforms, conferences, and engagements with key opinion leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive awareness, customer engagement, and adoption of surgical solutions
- Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategy and adjust marketing plans
- Travel globally approximately 15%
- Work onsite minimum of 4 days per week to support in-person collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development or similar
- Or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development or similar
- Master’s Degree (nice to have)
- Strong understanding of clinical research and evidence-based marketing practices
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with complex regulatory landscapes and diverse customer needs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Global travel approximately 15%
- Working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite
