About the role

  • Support the execution of the organization’s inorganic growth strategy across multiple Neuroscience Operating Units
  • Lead and support strategic inorganic activities including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing, investments, distribution agreements, sales agency relationships, co-developments, and strategic partnerships
  • Drive the evaluation and execution of transactions aligned with the strategic and financial objectives of these Operating Units
  • Opportunity screening, cross-functional team coordination, robust financial and strategic analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, contracting support, and post-transaction reviews

Requirements

  • Requires broad management knowledge to lead project teams in one department
  • Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function
  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
