Support the HR Services organization with their data and analytics needs to advance HR Services strategy
Perform data analyses and translate these into insights and recommendations for leaders and teams
Leverage data analyses to measure process performance, identify key indicators for future improvement opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations
Design, maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, ensuring they provide actionable insights and are user-friendly
Lead or participate in projects as the primary contact to support data and analytical needs (e.g. Process Improvement or Technology Implementation)
Report out on core KPI’s across multiple platforms and leadership levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with broader organizational goals and initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Two to three years of relevant experience
Fluent in English
Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (Power BI, Power Query), with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive ownership of outcomes
Familiarity with HR processes, systems, and metrics to support strategic decision-making
