About the role
- Deliver automations and analytics solutions supporting strategic decision-making and cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Pfizer Digital for delivery of automation and analytical tools
- Develop and maintain dashboards ensuring data accuracy and refreshes
- Monitor and report on project progress against KPIs including financials, timelines, risks, and scope variances
- Support integration of Pfizer’s technology platforms (SAP ERP, BI-BOBJ) into analytics and automation workflows
- Contribute to continuous improvement of GBS processes through data-driven insights and automation
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development
- Basic SQL or data modeling skills
- Familiarity with UX design principles (plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with SAP ERP and BI systems (plus)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a matrix, cross-functional environment
- Power Platform Certification (plus)
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL and database management (preferred)
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
