About the role

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership across Product, Engineering and Central Operations
  • Translate business strategies into actionable people plans driving organisational effectiveness and talent optimisation
  • Develop and implement people strategies that support commercial goals including revenue growth and profitability
  • Provide strategic insights on organisational design, talent, people experience and performance management
  • Partner with People Operations, Workplace and Talent to ensure integrated people experience across the employee journey
  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives to boost employee engagement, well-being and development
  • Drive talent strategy including succession planning, leadership development and talent pipeline management
  • Design and drive development programmes to enhance leadership capabilities
  • Lead complex organisational design initiatives and large-scale change management
  • Translate analytics and data-driven insights into actionable recommendations and present HR metrics to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Been a People Partner or HRBP in a large, complex business and operated at senior level with accountability for driving real change
  • Ability to challenge thoughtfully and influence without authority
  • Experience navigating ambiguity, critical thinking and managing competing priorities
  • Delivered end-to-end people programmes and owned full accountability for outcomes in complex stakeholder environments
  • Data-fluent and comfortable pulling insights from people data to influence outcomes
  • Experience partnering with COEs and ability to build people infrastructure when it doesn’t exist
  • Strong judgement, bias for action and innovation
  • Commitment to inclusion, impact, and building healthy, high-performance cultures
