About the role
- Translate business and therapy strategies into clinical evidence plans to enable clinical insights which drive evidence generation
- Own the development and lifecycle of integrated evidence roadmaps
- Drive upstream and downstream alignment with R&D, Regulatory, HEOR, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs
- Identify and apply real-world datasets (EMR, claims, registries) and AI/ML tools to enhance clinical strategy
- Collaborate with Data Science to explore digital biomarkers and AI-enabled clinical insights
- Guide integration of digital health tools into study design or strategy
- Support cross-functional core teams with clinical strategy expertise from concept to post-market
- Monitor progress, resolve risks, and adapt plans based on closed study insights and market feedback
- Review and prioritize External Research Program (ERP) and Collaborative Research Studies
- Partner with key opinion leaders and scientific advisors to validate strategy direction
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and publication teams to drive timely, impactful dissemination
- Ensure regional evidence needs are captured and incorporated into global strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of clinical research, strategy, or program management experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience (e.g., leading programs, workstreams, or cross-functional teams)
- Experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in medical devices or regulated clinical research
- Preferred: Master’s degree (MS, MPH, MBA) or PhD in life sciences, engineering, or public health
- Preferred: Knowledge of neuromodulation, pelvic health, pain, or neuroscience therapy areas
- Preferred: Strong familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE), AI/ML applications, or digital health
- Preferred: Experience influencing upstream pipeline and downstream reimbursement/market access strategy
- Preferred: PMP certification or formal project/program management training
- Excellent stakeholder communication and scientific writing skills
