  • What You Will Achieve: overall Product Vision, roadmap and metrics; work with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver user-centric products; stay in sync with the Product Owners on priorities; exercise strong decision-making mandate; lead the agile practice for the Digital product; build, grow, and support Product Owners and Product Analysts through hiring, coaching, mentoring; contribute to lifecycle of the product; create and deliver product demos and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field with at least four years of product management experience, with pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a strong plus; OR Master’s degree with two years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience successfully creating and executing against product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes
  • A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive progress toward completion with proper planning and management
  • Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences
  • Agile/Lean Development knowledge, training or experience
  • A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills
  • Up to date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations and best practices in the digital space
  • Bonus Points If You Have: MBA or Master’s degree in strategy, management, or related field is a plus; Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus; Experience in product design and data & analytics; ERP systems knowledge e.g. SAP (S4 HANA, IBP, MDG)
