About the role

  • Connect with client hospitals, understand and analyze their most pressing business challenges and deliver high value services which improve their quality, productivity, and patient- and staff experience.
  • Work with your team on projects across our partnerships to deliver quality and improve healthcare.
  • Drive complex transformational change, design and implement growth strategies.
  • Help hospitals innovate and optimise, e.g. same-day discharge, remote care, regional collaboration, new care concepts, growth programmes.
  • Help physicians and hospital management improve outcomes.
  • Develop actionable plans for immediate improvement and drive implementation.
  • Capture learning and best practice to continuously support its international network of clients.
  • Share and communicate identified best practice with clients and the team.

Requirements

  • Relevant Master's degree (preferred) with excellent academic and extracurricular achievements
  • Several years of relevant consulting experience (preferred), healthcare consulting or extensive years of industry experience
  • Healthcare industry knowledge or experience
  • Proven track record in driving end-to-end transformations: from analysis to implementation
  • Project management: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, building relationships, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
  • Fluency in Dutch and English required; French proficiency is highly valued and will be considered a strong advantage
  • Problem solving, core consulting skills, good data analysis, presentation and communication skills.
