About the role

  • Lead a team of Therapy Development Reps (TDRs) within an assigned Area to drive therapy adoption and grow Vascular product portfolio sales
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, strategies, and initiatives to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets
  • Collaborate closely with Vascular District Managers, Area Sales Director, and cross-functional partners to execute business objectives
  • Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop TDRs; manage performance and foster a high-performing team culture
  • Drive sales and adoption of new Vascular technologies (PVH carotid, thrombectomy, etc.) and manage launch execution
  • Manage and control team expenses and ensure effective communication/implementation of sales and marketing programs
  • Ensure team updates Launch Dashboards weekly (Tableau, Salesforce, Opportunity Funnel)
  • Conduct quarterly field rides, performance management, and provide coaching and feedback
  • Align with Strategic Accounts Director on GPO/IDN contracting strategies and with Area Service Managers to leverage clinical resources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and decision-makers; attend clinical meetings and conferences
  • Maintain high level of product and medical knowledge and uphold company ethical standards
  • Report to the Vascular Area Director

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years professional medical device sales experience OR Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant sales and leadership experience
  • 5+ years leading teams with strong launch execution & discipline
  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales (preferred)
  • Knowledge of interventional cardiology customer base (preferred)
  • Experience in marketing, training, technical services (plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple accounts in territory
  • Must reside within the assigned territory
  • Ability to travel frequently and perform field work, including quarterly field rides
  • For patient-facing roles: comply with hospital/clinic credentialing requirements
  • Authorization to work in the United States (employer participates in E-Verify)
