About the role

  • Own and drive global real estate performance measurement and regional site strategy & lease execution across the Americas.
  • Serve as the global owner of real estate reporting and systems, enabling accurate, timely, and actionable performance insights.
  • Report to the Global Head of REWSS and partner with Finance, HR, and Regional Directors to define KPIs, dashboards, and tracking frameworks.
  • Build and lead executive and functional level reviews to assess footprint efficiency, lease health, space utilization, and cost trends.
  • Continuously improve reporting workflows, rent roll automation, and dashboard usability with systems/IT partners.
  • Act as the central coordination point for global portfolio Data & Market Analytics, surfacing risks, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Directly manage Americas lease agreements including strategy, negotiations, renewals, and broker relationships.
  • Drive market analyses and execution of real estate strategies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 sites in the region.
  • Ensure timely execution of broker contracts and renewals (closed >6 months out) and support site expansions/consolidations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Security, and business unit leaders to align site plans with business strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, with both strategic and operational exposure.
  • Proven track record managing lease negotiations, broker relationships, and multi-site portfolios in the Americas.
  • Deep knowledge of real estate data systems, KPI development, and performance reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Tango, Archibus, Serraview).
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, lease management processes & systems, and long-range portfolio planning & financial benchmarking.
  • Experience working in global matrixed organizations, with comfort navigating ambiguity and building process from scratch.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with executive presence.
