About the role

  • The Senior Consultant, Optimization connects with client hospitals to understand and analyze their most pressing operational challenges and deliver high-value services and solutions which optimize quality, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Leads projects across partnerships to deliver sustainable results, integrating the Group's service and solutions offerings.
  • Drive and sustain complex transformational change and operational excellence.
  • Design and implement growth strategies and help hospitals innovate and optimize operations, delivering sustained performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Requires mastery level knowledge of specialty area and working knowledge of several other areas, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • May have deep knowledge of project management.
  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor's degree, or ;
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with an advanced degree.
  • Proven track record in driving end to end transformations: from analysis to implementation
  • Relationship building / customer engagement skills
  • Project / program management skills in healthcare
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Change management expertise and experience
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Team-orientation and collaborative mindset
  • Superior facilitation skills
