- Connects with client hospitals to understand and analyze their most pressing operational challenges

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or; Advanced degree
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or; Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree
- Proven track record in driving end to end transformations: from analysis to implementation
- Relationship building / customer engagement skills
- Project / program management skills in healthcare
- Problem-solving skills
- Change management expertise and experience
- Superior communication and presentation skills
