About the role

  • Enhance the clinical selling process by providing expert-level knowledge of Medtronic pulse oximetry, capnography, our multi-parameter wearable for continuous vital sign monitoring, and our remote monitoring portfolio.
  • Responsible for regional clinical sales support providing advanced level clinical expertise and leadership.
  • Conduct high-level presentations, clinical engagements, and attend hospital department and divisional meetings.
  • Drive hospital adoption and conversions of Acute Care & Monitoring technologies plus market share gains.
  • Collaboratively manage key accounts with the Account Exec, building and maintaining clinical champion relationships.
  • Align with product marketing teams to support collateral material and programs for existing portfolio as well as new product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician (RN, RRT, CRNA, ANA, AA, CC Perfusionist)
  • OR Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician (RN or RRT) within the acute care hospital environment
  • Field sales/clinical experience in an acute care setting.
  • Experience in a team selling environment.
  • Medical capital and consumable sales experience.
  • Experience in patient monitoring in a variety of care settings (including adult, pediatric, or neonatal ICU).
  • Advanced clinical and technical presentation experience to both small and large audiences.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, Sales Analytics and MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Prior clinical research experience and/or scientific publication authorship.
