About the role

  • Developing, refining, and leading the end-to-end portfolio strategy and marketing programs to deliver revenue growth and margin improvement in collaboration with functional and regional marketing partners.
  • Spearheading the downstream marketing strategy and execution across key global markets.
  • Developing and executing an effective portfolio strategy.
  • Leading new product launch.
  • Collaboratively building marketing campaigns.
  • Developing KOLs/building peer advocacy and improving portfolio health and margin performance.
  • Being the subject matter expert on product features and benefits, as well as in focused surgical specialties and procedures to support strategic execution and business growth.
  • Partnering with CSI Competitive Strategy team to understand market trends and competitive intel, translating into downstream marketing strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Building and leading new product launch strategy including building value proposition, marketing/launch assets, and developing pricing strategy and delivering to plan.
  • Improving portfolio health through product life cycle management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, prior marketing experience highly desired, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, MBA
  • Medical Device Marketing experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with a variety of personal computer software applications, including Office
  • Strong understanding of medical marketing and the general customer buying journey.
  • Experience in product/procedural marketing and/or portfolio strategy within medical device industry highly preferred.
  • Proven skill in creating, writing, and analyzing business/marketing plans, objectives, and strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver product presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills to review and complete sales reports, analyze financial metrics, project sales forecasts, and quantify market segmentation models.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and confidence in your ability to influence without authority.
