About the role
- Own and support products within Regulated Markets, focusing on claims processing and strategic initiatives
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution for assigned projects, partnering with IT and business stakeholders
- Monitor product performance, ensure compliance, and resolve errors through proactive surveillance and analysis
- Recommend process improvements, system upgrades, and technology enhancements to leadership
- Support account teams, clients, and internal partners with expert product knowledge and issue resolution
- Present data and insights confidently to diverse audiences, driving consensus and informed decision-making
- Anticipate needs, plan ahead, and manage multiple priorities independently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid/HIM regulations or experience interpreting government regulations preferred
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective problem-solving
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and thrive in dynamic environments
