About the role
- Manage the Clinical Resource function within a sales specialty.
- Oversee investigations, waste assessments, clinical review & observations.
- Interface with Sales, Marketing, Product Divisions, clinical liaisons and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and current events.
- Meet with existing and potential Respiratory customers by traveling to identify their needs.
- Present Medline’s clinical programs and solutions through various methods.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a group of employees.
- Provide guidelines and parameters for staff functioning.
- Conduct hiring, performance reviews, and training of staff.
Requirements
- At least 5 years direct patient care nursing experience.
- Experience building customer relationships while providing clinical consultative feedback and education on products and services.
- Experience presenting to senior management or C-suite.
- Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.
- Thorough understanding of the Hospital and/or Post-Acute environment, knowledge of all specialties.
