About the role
- Help assess and improve touchpoints across the employee lifecycle.
- Support the creation of talent profiles and succession planning materials.
- Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations, performance management, and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze employee feedback and present actionable insights to HR leadership.
- Evaluate career pathing framework and support the review of career progression models across the organization.
- Contribute to the broader HR strategy by preparing and reviewing HR communications and intranet content.
- Participate in talent acquisition activities including job postings and resume screening.
- Assist in coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement and belonging initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, trends, and benchmarking data.
Requirements
- Junior standing with 3.0 minimum GPA preferred; Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences or related major
- Active interest in the Healthcare industry preferred
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow-up skills required
- Excellent presentation skills for large and small groups
- Must have strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have a bias toward action and be results oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
