About the role
- Oversee and manage the Quality Control functions.
- Ensure compliance with SOP’s, inspection, product disposition.
- Update policies and procedures.
- Communicate information to relevant product division.
- Oversee the Quality Control department personnel and set goals.
- Assist Operations with on-site visits from external entities (e.g., FDA).
- Manage employee morale and motivation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of experience working with Quality Assurance or Quality Control for regulated industries.
- At least 4 years of experience working with QSR/GMP/ISO.
- Intermediate understanding of FDA/QSR guidelines.
- Intermediate knowledge level of quality control standards.
- Intermediate skill level in SAP.
- Intermediate auditing skills.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.
