• Lead core client teams to design and define strategic and tactical recommendations across diverse projects
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, tailoring Medical Affairs strategies based on clinical, regulatory and access environments
• Lead delivery of projects to a high standard and act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
• Chair and drive workshops and stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear outcomes and actionable next steps
• Coordinate teams across MEDiSTRAVA and Inizio to leverage expertise for project delivery
• Build trusted relationships across client and internal Inizio teams
• Develop understanding of evolving biopharma client needs across organisational types
• Drive new business development activities and contribute to strategic account planning
• Support development of junior staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback
