About the role
- Own P&L for Greece and deliver on growth, acquisition, and retention targets.
- Build and lead local teams/agencies across marketing, CRM, content, and affiliates.
- Drive acquisition via affiliates, media, partnerships, and localized campaigns.
- Ensure full compliance with Greek HGC regulations, advertising rules, and responsible gaming requirements.
- Maintain senior relationships with affiliates, media, payment providers, and local authorities.
- Adapt global product, promo, and CRM strategy to Greek customer behavior.
- Monitor KPIs (NGR, FTDs, LTV/CAC) and implement corrective actions when needed.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years in iGaming/betting. Preferably on the operator side.
- 1+ year in a senior local role (Country Manager / Head of Marketing).
- Experience growing regulated markets within advertising and bonus restrictions.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven P&L ownership.
- Deep understanding of Greek player behavior, channels, and cultural specifics.
- Native-level Greek + fluent English.
- Experience in both Sportsbook & Casino. (Nice to have)
- Network within Greek affiliates and media. (Nice to have)
