Business Development Rep

• Develop a deep understanding of BridgeInteract’s patient engagement platform and Medical Web Experts’ digital health services to confidently engage prospects and partners
• Identify, research, and engage healthcare provider groups and technology partners (EHRs, PMs, device manufacturers, and other healthcare B2B/B2C businesses) to generate qualified opportunities
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted emails, and CRM-driven workflows
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls aligned with each company’s target client profile
• Build and maintain relationships with EHR partners and other channel stakeholders to expand indirect lead generation
• Contribute to creating and hosting pitch presentations and proposals for prospects and current clients
• Articulate value propositions highlighting ROI, interoperability, workflow improvements, and patient experience benefits
• Track, analyze, and report key activity and pipeline metrics to ensure consistent performance
• Collaborate with executive, commercial, and marketing teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy
• Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation, opportunity creation, and meeting targets
• Potential to evolve into client relationship ownership, partner management leadership, or sales strategy involvement as organization scales

• Identify, research, and engage with healthcare provider groups and technology partners (EHRs, PMs, medical device manufacturers and other healthcare B2B and B2C businesses) to generate qualified opportunities.

Technical Project Manager

• Gain a deep understanding of our SaaS product to effectively conduct demos and guide clients through its functionalities
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Participate in and collaborate on requirements gathering, understand client needs, and serve as the primary point of contact with the technical team
• Maintain clear, precise, and empathetic communication with clients, account managers, supervisors, and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met
• Monitor project performance and provide updates to clients and internal leadership, identifying risks and escalating them to management as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and allocate resources necessary for each project, and act as a facilitator to resolve any issues that arise within the project team
• Develop trusted relationships with new and existing clients, serving as the company’s primary face to onboarded clients
