About the role
- Day-to-Day management of the company’s litigation, investigations and disputes
- Conduct research and analyze legal issues
- Advise the company on hiring processes
- Manage objections and responses to third-party subpoenas
- Assist in the development and execution of process improvement
Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Nebraska (or qualifies for in-house practice in Nebraska)
- 6-8 years of legal experience, including substantial experience in litigation
- Superb organizational, analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, drafting and writing skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Familiarity with computer applications
