About the role
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to the Commercial leadership team.
- Partner with Commercial leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Coach leaders on hiring, performance management, and career development to strengthen people capabilities across the organization.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Design, develop, and deliver tailored training programs for the organization.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, career development, and compensation best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify trends in employee data to inform HR strategy and process improvements.
Requirements
- Experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in smaller, high-impact environments.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and balancing dedicated business support with broader People initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to revenue outcomes.
- Confident influencing and coaching senior leaders in performance-driven settings.
- Skilled in designing and facilitating practical, engaging training sessions.
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite; HRIS - experience with HiBob a plus.
- Comfortable partnering closely with a Director-level leader and contributing to enterprise People strategy.
