About the role

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to the Commercial leadership team.
  • Partner with Commercial leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Coach leaders on hiring, performance management, and career development to strengthen people capabilities across the organization.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Design, develop, and deliver tailored training programs for the organization.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, career development, and compensation best practices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify trends in employee data to inform HR strategy and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in smaller, high-impact environments.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and balancing dedicated business support with broader People initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to revenue outcomes.
  • Confident influencing and coaching senior leaders in performance-driven settings.
  • Skilled in designing and facilitating practical, engaging training sessions.
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite; HRIS - experience with HiBob a plus.
  • Comfortable partnering closely with a Director-level leader and contributing to enterprise People strategy.
