About the role
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Data Associates responsible for classification, attribution, and product catalog management.
- Monitor and manage team performance against KPIs, including throughput, accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for workflow or process-related issues.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and partner with managers, automation teams, and governance specialists to improve processes.
- Coordinate team scheduling, task assignment, and workload balancing to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Train new hires and ensure associates are up to date on classification guidelines, tools, and processes.
- Report team status, coverage, productivity, and quality metrics to management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and address problems before they escalate, while recognizing opportunities for efficiency, automation, and quality improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data operations, content processing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in a lead, supervisory, or managerial role, with proven ability to coach and develop teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, detail-oriented workflows.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with ad/media data and workflows is preferred.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or exposure to automation initiatives is a plus.
