About the role
- Conduct daily outbound calls to both existing and prospective referral sources
- Work through phone systems and gatekeepers to reach physicians and office leadership
- Reintroduce and educate practices on our in home sleep testing solutions
- Follow structured outreach messaging while tailoring conversations appropriately
- Develop and maintain relationships within your assigned geographic territory
- Accurately document activity and manage pipeline in CRM systems
- Represent ISC and MedBridge with professionalism and persistence at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer proficiency and phone skills
- Detail oriented with strong follow up habits
- Ability to manage deadlines and quotas
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast moving environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
