About the role
- Make outbound calls daily to historical referral sources and new prospects
- Navigate phone trees and gatekeepers to reach decision makers
- Reintroduce physicians and staff to our in home sleep testing services
- Follow a structured outreach script while personalizing conversations
- Build and manage relationships within your assigned territory
- Track activity and pipeline consistently in CRM tools
- Represent ISC and MedBridge with professionalism and persistence
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer and phone skills
- Attention to detail and follow up discipline
- Ability to work in a fast changing environment
- Ability to meet quotas and deadlines
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
