About the role

  • Manage a team of Business Configuration Analysts focused on the accurate and timely configuration of business rules
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Prioritize work to meet evolving business demands while maintaining optimal turnaround times
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and client service outcomes
  • Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and the team
  • Coach and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and recognizing achievements

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration or college diploma in a related field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in group insurance and in employee management
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, client onboarding methodology, eligibility and claims processes
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (an asset)
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and security standards
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
