- Oversee and support facility operations, office services, and distribution/print services
- Direct employee engagement, development, and corporate value activations
- Manage facility and operational planning including space planning and office design
- Negotiate leases and office equipment contracts
- Ensure effective business continuity plans and operational standards
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
- 7-10 years of progressive management experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Proficiency in English (bilingualism in English/French is considered an asset)
- Ability to lead and direct teams
- Financial Management skills to manage resources effectively
- Ability to negotiate lease agreements and vendor contracts
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and market analysis
