Product Manager

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of Medallion’s customer applications and the associated business outcomes
• Develop and maintain a 6-12 month roadmap that reflects the latest technology developments as well as active input from customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, other PMs, and cross-functional partners to ensure the timely execution of new products and features and deliver the business outcomes driving the investment
• Work with product marketing and other internal teams to ensure the successful packaging and rollout of new capabilities

Senior Product Manager

Solutions Engineer

• Support our largest customers to strategize how they will migrate their existing data to Medallion
• Owning the end-to-end data migration process, including data extraction from legacy systems, cleansing, transformation, and loading into target platforms
• Engaging directly with clients or stakeholders to gather data requirements, resolve data discrepancies, and communicate migration progress or risks
• Become the SME on our customers’ data while tracking milestones throughout the implementation
• Build evergreen integrations from scratch to support the automation of workflows
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting, with a focus on clean, maintainable code
• Work with complex and varied client data models, quickly assess data quality, and build tailored solutions to meet each client’s migration needs
• Set customer expectations/timelines, perform data validation, and migrate complex datasets into Medallion
• Identify any blockers that could delay an implementation; partner with the appropriate internal and external teams to resolve
• Build Python-based automation scripts for data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and migration validation
• Partner with the EPD team to productize repetitive aspects of implementations that can be automated

Technical Solutions Manager

Operations

• Own end-to-end enrollment outcomes for your customer portfolio – from application through completion – and be accountable for SLA performance, client satisfaction, and team throughput
• Manage an on/offshore team of enrollment specialists: set clear goals, build capacity plans, run performance rhythms, and develop talent
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for your customers; lead recurring and ad hoc client calls, own escalation resolution, and communicate proactively on risks and delays
• Establish and track the metrics that matter – SLA attainment, cycle time, error rates, team utilization – and build the reporting infrastructure to see them clearly
• Conduct regular SLA and workflow reviews; triage and prioritize work based on urgency, client impact, and business criticality
• Identify and resolve root causes of client issues by coordinating cross-functional teams; close the loop with clients with speed and professionalism
• Map your operational workflows to find upstream and downstream leverage points – where handoffs break, where data is re-entered manually, where exceptions burn disproportionate time

• Act as a thought partner to functional leads, identifying blind spots and opportunities across the org
• Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the overall performance of the operations team.
• First focus: overhaul and improve the implementation process—diagnose current state, define an ideal state, roll out solutions, and transition ownership to the team.
• Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks, develop KPIs, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Establish reporting frameworks to ensure new processes remain healthy after handoff.
