About the role
- Execute the Dealer Onboarding Playbook with precision, moving partners from contract signature to revenue generation within their first 90 days.
- Manage dealer performance, enforce pricing compliance, and steer marketing alignment to ensure partners hit their "Level 3" volume targets.
- Lead the coordination of our structured onboarding week, ensuring all stakeholders execute their modules, from the "Strategic Kick-off" to the "Post-Mortem".
- Drive dealer performance against specific milestones, including securing the first 5-10 demos in the first 30 days and closing the first end-user sale within 60 days.
- Ensure dealer staff complete mandatory certifications to maintain authorized status.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Channel Sales, Partner Success, or Program Management, preferably in Hardware, Robotics, or Construction Tech.
- Operational Mindset: Ability to digest complex playbook and execute it with precision.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of margin stacks, MAP policies, and inventory forecasting.
- Communication: Ability to command a room with business owners and train technical staff on job sites.
- Bilingual: French and English required (Montreal HQ).
