About the role
- Channel Management & Distributor Ecosystem Recruit & Onboard.
- Partner Enablement and drive technical certification.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Target Major Contractors and manage relationships with large International and Regional General Contractors.
- Drive customers from pilot unit to fleet standardization deal.
- Navigate complex decision matrices to secure sales.
- Perform Field Validations on construction sites.
- Represent Mechasys at major regional trade shows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical B2B Sales, Construction Technology (ConTech), or Geospatial Hardware within the GCC market.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Vision 2030 landscape and UAE construction sectors.
- Existing network with Tier 1 GCs in the region is a critical asset.
- Native/Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Business proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of managing a distributor network and driving revenue through partners in the Middle East.
- Comfortable demonstrating hardware on active, high-temperature construction sites.
- Strategic mindset to build a territory plan and manage a pipeline in Salesforce.
