• In addition to automating company building, we offer investment and strategic guidance, along with extensive operational support for our startups in key areas like Growth, Product, Operations, People, Finance, and Legal. • Position Description: We are hiring a Senior Accountant who will work with our Finance team to support Mechanism Ventures and Portfolio Companies. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be responsible for the review of a variety of processes. You will also recommend process improvements and may lead their ‘roll-out’ to the Accountants. Mechanism strives to automate recurring tasks and you will play an important role in such initiatives.
• Each Finance team member promotes rapid, efficient communication among a variety of stakeholders in order to successfully operate in a dynamic and fast-paced group of companies. This includes a network of employees, contractors, CEO’s, Practice Area Leaders, vendors, etc., within the US and those who may be located internationally.
