About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new logo acquisition
- Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage through outbound outreach and strategic territory planning
- Conduct discovery to understand operational and financial challenges in healthcare foodservice and senior living
- Deliver focused product demos tailored to key buyer personas
- Create proposals and lead pricing discussions within company guardrails
- Identify expansion opportunities during the sales process and through partner collaboration
- Maintain clean CRM data, accurate forecasting, and consistent deal documentation
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and effective market feedback
- Represent MealSuite at events, conferences, and partner activities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience
- Experience owning a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Bilingual fluency in Canadian French and English
- Independent, action-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
