About the role
- Support the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients during project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops
- Assist the Business Development team with research, preparation of client materials, and follow-up activities related to ongoing or prospective partnerships
- Liaise with internal teams (Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved
- Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is properly tracked in project management tools
- Assist with market benchmark and research potential prospects, preparing background briefs and use-cases
Requirements
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communicator (written & verbal) with good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts and how financial markets work
- A recent graduate or current student (business, finance, economics, or related field preferred, but not required)
