About the role
- To provide high quality administration, coordination and in person support across the HR team, with a particular focus on Culture & Talent, Client Payroll and HR Operations.
- The role ensures accurate data management, efficient coordination of activities and the smooth delivery of talent development, HR processes and client payroll services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration, working at a similar level.
- Working towards a CIPD qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
- Professional and responsive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and task management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, whilst maintaining very high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive and having the ability to meet tight deadlines and using own initiative.
- Intermediate Excel skills, proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
- Flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities and is prepared to get involved in the work and cover other team members when necessary.
- Excellent stakeholder management, ensuring people are updated, informed and supported across a range of projects and tasks.
