About the role
- Own end-to-end campaign execution from Client Success handoff through successful delivery and completion
- Build and launch campaigns in the ad server, including targeting, audience segmentation, QA, pacing, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery daily, flagging risks early and implementing corrective actions to protect quality and revenue
- Partner closely with Client Success on campaign strategy, mid-flight adjustments, and client-facing performance needs to track towards KPIs and prevent under-delivery or overspend
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting notes, and ticketing hygiene to ensure clear operational visibility and accountability
- Surface optimization opportunities and delivery insights to support incremental performance improvements and upsell opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Operations, or digital campaign execution roles
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or other regulated advertising environments
- Familiarity working with HCP targeting, target list matching, and audience models
- Strong working knowledge of ad trafficking, targeting strategies, pacing, and campaign QA best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
