• Analyze product and user engagement data to uncover insights about how clinicians use MDCalc tools across specialties and clinical workflows, proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for product improvement

• Analyze large and complex healthcare datasets, including clinician engagement, product usage patterns, and provider behavior, to uncover patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights
• Design and implement robust data pipelines, workflows, and dashboards that scale with MDCalc’s growth
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to translate data into product requirements and measurable outcomes

Lead Data Scientist

Data Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT/ETL workflows that support analytics, operational reporting, and business intelligence use cases
• Build programmatic data pipelines (primarily in Python) that extract data from application and third-party systems, transform it into usable formats, and deliver it to downstream data platforms and consumers
• Own and improve core data models and transformations to ensure data is accurate, well-structured, and easy for stakeholders to use
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to understand data needs and translate them into reliable data solutions
• Develop and maintain systems that move data across the platform, ensuring it is properly shaped, structured, and available for downstream analysis and product use cases

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with life sciences companies and their agency partners
• Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including media plans, presentations, and campaign recommendations

• Participate in client meetings, capture key discussion points, and track follow-ups and next steps
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client activity, communications, and pipeline updates

Associate Sales Manager

• The Content Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the clinical content team and managing both internal project needs and external partnerships to promote workflow integration of MDCalc.
• Provide support on high-impact initiatives that expand MDCalc’s clinical content offerings, strengthen external partnerships, and drive clinician engagement on the platform.
• Coordinate the clinical review of content products to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and adherence to best clinical practices.
• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Draft and proofread letters, memos, and reports on behalf of executives (Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer). Serve as a liaison between executives and internal departments or external contacts. Manage confidential information with discretion.
• Support engagement efforts through social media account management, podcast logistics, and other promotional activities.
• Organize and prepare materials for content meetings, presentations, and conferences. Take minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including catering and technology setup.
• Establish feedback mechanisms with key external partners, along with internal stakeholders, to incorporate their insights and recommendations into our clinical content.
• Assist with special projects, research, and data gathering for the content team. Track deadlines and help ensure timely completion of executive priorities. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
• Develop educational resources and provide training to internal teams on clinical content and relevant medical practices.
• Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements related to clinical content development.
