About the role

  • Focus on acquiring new business in the North American market by selling our comprehensive Membership to executive leaders in HR, Talent, and L&D.
  • Generate 8+ first sales appointments monthly, making 80+ personalized calls/emails daily within strategic cadences.
  • Dedicate an hour of research before each meeting, tailoring discussions to the client’s specific challenges.
  • Leverage our “Value Selling” framework to uncover root business needs and showcase how our Membership Platform delivers measurable results.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to executives
  • Proven consultative approach focused on delivering tangible business value
  • Strong collaboration, listening, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for continuous learning
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree recommended
