About the role
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance 340B program performance for FQHCs and grantees, including contract pharmacy models, referral capture, and inventory management.
- Serve as the primary liaison for FQHC and grantee clients, ensuring alignment with program goals, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, BrandComm, Product Mgmt., and R&D/IT Ops teams to support integrated program delivery and innovation.
- Lead educational initiatives for internal teams and clients on 340B best practices, compliance updates, and operational improvements.
- Has accountability for the evaluation of program performance metrics, financial impact, and utilization trends to ensure informed decision-making and effective client reporting.
- Build and lead a high-performing team that models ICARE and LEADRx values. Foster a customer centric culture with clear accountability, and focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience
- 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Deep understanding of 340B regulations, HRSA audit protocols, and covered entity operations.
- Experience with TPAs, split billing software, and pharmacy operations a plus.
