About the role
- Lead product revenue financial planning, analysis and reporting
- Provide pricing recommendations on contract renewals and new sales
- Report on the monthly sales pipeline and contract renewals
- Manage and lead annual budget and long-range plan process
- Partner with Sales and Compensation to develop/update annual Sales Comp Plans
- Drive cross functional business partnerships
- Prepare and present various executive presentations
- Collaborate with FP&A team members
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
- Typically requires 10+ years of relative experience including budget and forecasting responsibilities
- Must possess ability and willingness to evaluate complex business problems and make effective presentations to management
- Experience with online reporting tools such as SAC, Hyperion, TM1 or similar application, and large ERP system experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - this position interfaces with senior executives on a regular basis
- Project Management experience is required
- Strong time management and organization skills
