Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in infrastructure and equipment management
At least 4 years in a national or regional leadership role managing multiple projects
Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies
Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Bilingual: English and French (written and spoken) — mandatory
