About the role
- Product Manager supporting and growing the Pharmacy PA Network at CoverMyMeds (McKesson)
- Synthesize and make proactive recommendations regarding product direction based on industry and market research
- Partner with Commercial and Operations to position Intelligent Prior Authorization and prior authorization quality solutions
- Lead delivery of Prior Authorization products coordinating with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders
- Own product backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize features
- Engage stakeholders, align strategies, and execute collaboratively
- Define and communicate product direction and business needs
- Engage cross-functionally for co-innovation and MVP recommendations
- Consult with legal/compliance to ensure features are compliant
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- Product Management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Healthcare experience - Pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and/or EHR industry exposure/experience is preferred
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence
- Skills in market dynamics, product knowledge, strategy alignment & execution, stakeholder engagement, deriving value from insights, prioritization, design thinking, segmentation, go-to-market, value proposition, capacity planning
