Operations

• Coordinate the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors and customers.
• Perform a variety of administrative and other tasks in support of Sales and Operations departments.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, vendor partners, project managers and coordinators to meet expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Obtain customer information and use it to ensure the timely execution of projects.
• Provide timely information to support sales, vendors and customers to coordinate movement of equipment.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers clearly and succinctly in writing or verbally.
• Use systems, tools, and informal methods effectively to manage each project to completion while adhering to Company policies and procedures.
• Manage and run reports to ensure deadlines of the business and customer needs are met
• Negotiate skillfully with customers and vendors and settle differences effectively; win concessions without damaging relationship.

Operations Coordinator

Project Manager

• Remote position covering the Pacific Northwest to include Washington, Oregon, Idaho and western Montana
• Support projects from Contract to Completion including managing resources, schedules, financials and adherence to quality and safety throughout the project life cycle
• Manage issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
• The Project Manager runs the project on a day-to-day basis, verifying that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time, and cost while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Lead the project in scheduling, budget and document management from Contract to Completion
• Track and report on project results and metrics
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices and company risk thresholds
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage changes as required
• Manage project issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline
• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques
• Travel up to approximately 50%

Construction (Modular) Project Manager *Remote in WA or OR

Sales

• Lead and grow top-line revenue from our Southeast locations; drive shareholder value
• Coach, train and advise individual sales representatives to assist in their progress in achieving individual and team revenue targets
• Co-branch leader who will collaborate with regional operations and fleet management team members to meet or exceed business objectives
• Actively participate in P&L management, business plan development, budgeting, and forecasting; consistently meet or exceed branch targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and meet/exceed company targets of customer satisfaction
• Support, advocate, and perform within division-wide initiatives
• Drive employee and customer retention in a team-based environment
• Engage in strategic account planning for key accounts and projects
• Work with customers and internal staff to resolve issues and complaints
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure market penetration, brand recognition, and targeting marketing
• Perform other duties as assigned
