Supervisor

• Deliver quality modular construction projects on time and on budget.
• Provide hands on leadership by working directly alongside production teams to establish priorities, assign work, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure production operates within applicable standards, regulations, and building codes.
• Deliver hands on leadership for the administrative and inventory support functions that impact production operations, including inventory and project coordination, internal and external customer service, purchase orders, logistics coordination, and operational support activities.
• Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Service, Transportation, and other support teams to coordinate resources, inventory, scheduling, logistics, customer needs, and project execution while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain the vendor base and establish new supplier relationships; negotiate pricing and service agreements while implementing policies and procedures that strengthen vendor partnerships and ensure exceptional service for our customers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with manufacturers, subcontractors, and key vendors to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient transportation, successful installations, and responsive service delivery in the marketplace.
• Manage multiple construction groups working on modular building repair, refurbishment, modification, and maintenance projects.
• Maximize efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing costs, implementing best practices, and supporting LEAN initiatives.
• Lead 6S efforts by ensuring teams maintain organized workspaces, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Order materials and manage inventory to support project schedules and operational needs.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and overall performance.
• Develop and implement initiatives that foster both personal and professional growth, creating opportunities for career development, cross-training, succession planning, and continuous learning.
• Lead employee engagement and team-building efforts that strengthen communication, collaboration, accountability, and retention across the team.
• Create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute ideas that improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and workplace culture.
• Develop, deliver, and support performance reviews, coaching, counseling, and employee development conversations.

• Evaluate employee progress throughout the year and support annual performance review processes.
• Drive a customer first culture by ensuring internal and external customers receive timely communication, responsive service, and consistent execution.
• Monitor employees for safe operation of tools and machinery and ensure proper inspections and safety activities are completed.
• Actively participate in safety meetings, training, audits, and toolbox talks while promoting OSHA and industry best practices.
• Ensures production operates within established standards, regulations and codes related to the operation of the manufacturing facility (including Department of Education, Division of State Architect, Department of Housing and Community Development, and Federal, State, County and Local requirements).

Construction Production Supervisor

General

• As a Material Handler you will load and unload material within a warehouse or storage facility.
• Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within or to the main storage facility and satellite facilities.
• Receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise or materials.
• Fulfill requisitions and orders.
• Pack, crate, and ship products and materials to distribution center, departments, or assembly line.
• May operate forklift.
• May operate a company vehicle to remote facilities to pick up supplies as needed.
• Maintain and execute materials management programs as designed within the warehouse
• Document and maintain inventory and ensure production area organization and cleanliness
• Keep the warehouse area organized and clean. Take out trash and transport cardboard boxes to cardboard compactor for recycling.
• Operate forklifts to receive shipments or materials or equipment, stack and retrieve supplies and materials

Material Handler

Account Executive

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.
• Develop relationships and communicate with customers via phone, email or occasional in person visits.
• Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
• Close customer deals through generated leads and telephone prospecting.
• Increase market share in both new and established markets.
• Collaborate with other sales team members, operations and the inventory center staff to provide solutions to customers and an exceptional customer experience.
• Place a high volume of quality outbound phone calls for the purpose of building relationships and matching our products and services to each customer's needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the division’s database on customer quotes, specifications and special requests; meet minimum entry requirements daily.
• Develop relationships within various networking organizations or industry associations.
• Achieve/exceed sales related quotas and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
