• Provide hands-on technical assistance with EHR implementation, upgrade, or replacement projects, including integration with clinical workflows and other health systems.
• Support the design and implementation of EHR and telehealth initiatives aligned with program goals.
• Contribute to workflow assessments and operational planning to integrate EHR upgrades into care delivery.
• Coordinate with healthcare partners, vendors, and internal teams during implementation and scale-up.
• Develop implementation documentation, tools, and guidance for program partners.
• Track implementation progress, challenges, and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and best practices related to digital health across programs.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Leads project finance operations including financial reporting and analysis
• Oversees all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems
• Maintains and monitors project budgets and prepares project invoices
• Prepares and ensures accuracy of wire transfer processing
• Prepares annual Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) submission
• Provides input in the development of departmental policies and procedures
• Prepares and presents accurate financial reports and analysis
• Supports the development of long-range financial forecasts
• Independently prepares and submits donor financial reports
• Supports all audit activities and ensures compliance

• Support management of program data across multiple sources
• Develop clear, actionable reports and dashboards tracking key outcomes
• Support data collection, cleaning, merging, and quality assurance
• Manage program evaluation data to inform planning and strategy

• Provide technical assistance to healthcare organizations, public health agencies, and partners
• Participate in workgroups and contribute to team objectives
