About the role
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of global processes
- Support the execution of the workstream roadmap by identifying and driving process improvements across the end-to-end Supply Chain
- Build subject matter expertise and act as a business lead for training initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to implement process enhancements
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Solid experience in business process, supply chain, or related operational roles
- Ability to influence stakeholders and constructively challenge decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
- Proven track record of leading projects
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with SAP (including exposure to S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is an advantage)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
